AI Reviewer provides tools that let businesses collect star ratings and generate draft reviews for their customers. This page explains what data we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
Business owners provide their name, email, and business details when they sign up. Customers who scan a review QR code submit only a star rating — we do not collect their name, email, or any other personal information on that page. We store a one-way hash of the submitting device IP address for fraud prevention, not the raw address.
How we use it
Business data is used to operate the dashboard, generate QR codes, and draft reviews. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
