By creating an account with AI Reviewer, you agree to use the service to collect genuine customer feedback. Review credits are consumed each time a review is generated through your public business review page.
Acceptable use
Generated reviews are drafts intended for customers who actually visited your business. Using the service to fabricate reviews from customers who did not have a genuine experience, or to manipulate review platform guidelines, is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Billing
Review credits are purchased in packs and do not expire. Refunds for unused credits can be requested within 14 days of purchase.
